Our exclusive menu is proven to satisfy any hungry first timer explorer or returning customer, who wants to enjoy  a wonderful pub atmosphere in Corfe Castle. We love our food we serve and hence have food and real ales festivals throughout the year to keep our regulars coming back and to entice holidaymakers and day trippers to pay us a visit. The Greyhound offers diners  a relaxed atmosphere serving  home made pub food all day until 9:30 in the evening. There is a vast selection of freshly sourced local ingredients on the menu with food specials changing daily. Breakfasts are served throughout summer in the pub or in the  rear garden. from 9:30 am. Italian coffees are freshly made using  speciality Lavazza Coffee and cakes are baked fresh from Haymans Bakery in Swanage

Discover the ancient village of Corfe Castle from our garden, enjoy watching the steam train chugging through the village, listen to the birdsong or simply smell the  fresh bread we use daily from Dragons Bakery next door.

Inside you can browse through the varied newspapers or hook up to WIFI over a lazy Sunday lunch. Sunday Roast  is a proven winner at the Greyhound,come and discover it for yourself. We are one of the few family pubs in Corfe Castle serving food all day.The pub offers good value casual dining for the whole family. 

You must sample some new wines  from a superb selection from the new and old world. Wine ranges from £10-00 to £40-00 per bottle. We regularly have free wine tastings which we offer exclusivley to customers on our mailing list,  to assist us in selecting a new batch  for our  quarterly changing menus.

A afternoon trip to Corfe is not complete without a freshly made Dorset Clotted Cream Tea which we serve until 6:00pm.

Why not spend the evening with us enjoying a summer seafood BBQ, hog roast or sample one of our delicious meals off our menu or simply pop in to listen to some live music. We have weekly live entertainment showcasing bands from the south of England. The village of Corfe offers a truly magical  holiday experience which is picture postcard perfect, we are sure once you have enjoyed the hospitality at The Greyhound you will be sure to return again and again...

We have seating capacity inside for eighty people, with a outdoor garden area with additional seating for 200. The garden has a all weather marquee with heaters if you would like to host a small function. An outdoor terrace is currently being built, which will be open in the summer of 2010, which will allow diners to savour the sunset over Corfe whilst enjoying a evening meal. There are two smaller functions rooms inside the pub for a private parties, Cromwell's Rest seats 16 and Lady Banke's Lair seats 12-14.
Dotted around the pub are wood burners , reading books, games  football table and jukebox.

Whatever your need, we will provide good value food in a warm atmosphere.

Opening Times:

The pub opens from 11:00 in winter and we serve breakfast on the weekends from 10:30, serving food all day till 9:30 in the evening.

During the Summer  food is served from 9:30 -9:30 in the evening

We are open throughout the festive season serving Christmas day lunch, food all day on boxing day and on New Years Eve.
